Mine is different it’s just big enough to hold the important things I wouldn’t leave on the bike. I formed up an aluminum hook that’s two hooks one each side of the stem and connected at the bottom. Only takes a second on or off. And leaves the front rack free for other light bulky items that can stay with the bike.
