Hagen, look again at the photo. Access to driveways on the other side of the street is by left-turn bays at locations where there is no cross street. So, should the cyclist walk across four lanes of traffic in the middle of the block, between intersections at which there is cross traffic? That is the situation I described; so what is your solution?
