Agreed ^^ Racing 42 miles solo is not an easy thing. People at this time of year are truly getting into race shape and the speeds are going up fast. You learn stuff like this going out and doing road races, that is how it is, that is how you learn.

Keep it up, you will get it... just stop crashing BTW 110 PSI maybe fine but you may consider going to 120 PSI or slightly higher. You may have a bad tire if it also blew off the wheel. It would ruin my day if that happened. That said I would be careful with my expectations. I am thinking about doing my first road race in about 6 weeks, my only expecation though is to finish.
