I would recommend you call Nashbar and discuss sizing with them. I can't remember where I found the Fuji sizing chart- but I understand (and my lbs/former Fuji dealer confirmed) that Fuji's run either small or large to other bikes.... I know the 17 is what was indicated for me, and I'm 5'-7" with a 30" inseam. I'll let you know tomorrow how it actually fits me. They still had over 20 of the 17's in stock when I ordered mine last week. I believe a 19 would work for you- but I'd discuss it with Nashbar.
