Good ol' PBJ sammiches work for me most of the time. Sometimes I'll mix it up:
-cinnamon raisin bread, peanut butter, bacon, honey
-peanut butter, banana, honey
-nutella, cream cheese, banana, almonds rolled up in a wheat tortilla
apples, pears, banana, nuts
