On my Felt Z85, the stock brakes are not listed as Shimano R560 nor are they branded as such but they look exactly like the R560. I think the braking leaves a lot to be desired...
If I upgrade the calipers to BR-5700 (105) do you think I will notice a difference?

They look as though they are built up a little better and would be easier to adjust with the standard philips screw...thoughts? (and the price is right @ just under $75 shipped from Ribble)
