What are these wheels worth? Should I buy them as replacements?

Hey everyone..

I have a 2006 Madone 5.2 with Bontrager Race Lite wheels. Unlike most that I have heard of, my rims themselves are not cracked, but the spoke nipples are starting to show corrosion. One of them has cracked off a bit. The bike shop is advising me I should replace my rims.

A friend has these wheels for sale, I do not know much about them, they seem to be bontrager race lites as well, but I was told they have upgraded hubs and titanium spokes. Are these worth the $350 he is asking?
