My stock '12 CAAD8, probably going to change wheels first to get less spokes. Other than that, I'm reading good things on the design is almost identical as the CAAD10's and the weight is right there also. Also heard they upgraded the Tiagra's for '12 so their higher quality than in the past. I figured I'll keep it a while and if I find deals in the future on upgrades I'll slowly replace with cool stuff.
flatten your saddle and rotate your bars down. as it stands now with your saddle nose pointed down and your bars pointed up it looks odd.
