In short, not really. Having been in a similar situation, your best plan of action is:
- be extra vigilant with your diet. You don't want to gain too much weight and maintaining a quality diet will also help your healing.
- If you're doing physical therapy, stick to it religiously, including any "homework". A PT can also help gauge when you can start exercising again and what you can do.
