Well, we have a situation. The seller has backed out of the auction and will not live up to the terms of the sale:
You can lodge a complaint with Ebay but, were I you, I would be happy that I got out of the deal. If the fork is a replacement, it was replaced for a reason and the reason is usually crash damage. The stays are badly crushed, which to me would be another deal breaker.

And, I would not give five stars. The seller would get a negative feedback from me if he, or she, could not satisfy me that there was a legitimate reason for breaking the deal.

By the way, I did not mean to offend about the condition of the frame set. It just does not seem worth the price nor expense to ship, if you ask me.

But, definitely leave negative feedback just to let others know what happened. Perhaps the seller has done this sort of thing in the past when he, or she, is not happy with what an auction fetched.
