With the snow here the last couple of days, I had some questions on riding in the snow.

Unfortunately, these are all questions that are impossible to answer without being there. It's all relative to the conditions, your bike, and your riding experience. Ride so that you don't fall and hurt yourself, that's the only answer that makes sense. The more you ride, the more experience you'll have with the conditions you describe, the safer you'll be.
