Ok got the frame back from the welder and it turned out great. He did not trim the seat tube down though and when I did it ends up being just below the end of the original seatpost sleeve. I am thinking of trying to remove the sleeve from the trimmed piece of seat tube and brazing it in the remaining seat tube. will this work? Any other ideas?
