Interesting build, the Ofmega Mistral grouppo is really different but seems to have some elegant engineering to its design. For the stem, I'd like to see a painted to match or the soft silver if you use the Kelley. I really like the brake levers.

Stem color is still up for debate but I am very pleased with the kelly. It doesn't look out of place like most threadless setups on steel bikes with 1in headsets.
I plan to use silver headset spacers to match the seatpost and black bar tape. Once this is done I think the stem will look fine in black. If it does, my wife has offered to paint white lines over it to match the frame.
So far the brake levers look and feel great. I almost want to buy another set for any future build that I may do.
