That's the home-made tool for making the custom hooks, with prototype zip-tied together so as to test two different strength (thickness) of commercial hooks. The black one is even heavier, just over 1/4" thick rod, and would hold over 100 pounds.

Built at home for $43 sans hooks. I used a circular saw, a drill and a hole saw to construct the A-frames from 2X6 lumber.
The horizontal pipe is SCH-40 1" black pipe (ok, this one is galvanized) and it measures 1.33" OD will hold several hundred pounds!

...and I'm off to Home Depot for some more steel rods (to make more hooks).

I am stumped as to why, but my Flikr name is:

I hope that gets you in!
Here's why.

Above your picture there's a little "Share" button. Click on that and then "Grab the HTML/BBCode". If you grab the BB code you can just paste it directly into your posts clicking on the picture link in the forums.
