From the Cervelo web site: S2 frameset - $2,000.

A 2012 Cervelo S2 with Rival. A good deal? No ... it is a fantastically great deal! If I were a SRAM person, I wouldn't hesitate more than about five minutes before purchasing, and I got too many bikes already as it is. If you like Cervelos, jump on it. If you don't like SRAM, you can always swap it out for Shimano or Campagnolo ... sell the SRAM, and still come out ahead.

edited to add:

After reading the specs on the Cervelo web site ... forget about it. The only Rival parts are the derailleurs, chain, cluster, and shifters. Everything else is FSA. To me, it isn't worth half of $1800.

Now, if you can get the frameset for $1000, and build it up with whatever you want, say Ultegra, then you can have a pretty hot bike for 2 bills.
