Heh you're right. I was answering two similar posts at the same time (different forums) and mixed up the relevant info.
What's more, if you go to 3Ts site and look up the spec, it's 5nm for the bolt, pretty clearly. Maybe it's worthwhile to check the calibration on your torque key, though I don't know how that's done without sending it back to the manufacturer.
I didn't use my torque key this time. Used my ParkTool 0-15 Nm torque wrench to try and rule out the possibility of a bad Ritchey torque key. Still snapped one so I think it's safe to assume the bolts are crap.
