I recently purchased a 3T ARX with the Ti bolts. So far I've been satisfied, but now I'm a bit nervous. I didn't use a torque wrench but was very careful to not over-tighten. Mine had locktite on them as well. Now, I'm debating whether to get some steel bolts for it and use the Ti bolts for my water bottle cages (I haven't tried it but it looks like they might fit). Stem failure is something I never want to experience.
