I had a tread on them a while back on a little boy I saw riding his bike even though his one arm was about half the length of the other with the aid of a spinacci bar.
We have a recent veteran here with one arm, and a Spinaci, or half of one, would probably help him ride. I wonder if the Wounded Warrior cycling project has come across those. For those with prosthetic arms, it could be a real chance to ride road bikes.
