First try with a Sufferfest video

I finally got around to trying a sufferfest video; downloaded "Angels" over the weekend and have been doing it since then. Man, it is certainly a tough workout, first time I did it I think I overdid it, didn't need a bucket but it was close. After completing it a few times I am getting better at pacing myself. If you attempt to stay within their effort levels and cadence recommendations, attack and pull off when prompted your legs will be burning I can tell you that.

The only other video I can compare it to would be the one I got when I bought a CycleOps trainer, and the sufferfest one is much better at letting you know when to push yourself. The sufferfest video really made me want to push myself more than I normally do on the trainer. I highly recommend them and I thank the members here who did recommend them in the past. Huge files though, but I am sure it needs to be.

"Angels" trys to mimic a climbing workout which it does a good job at, but I am looking at getting a second video that would be more like an interval training workout. Does anybody have a recommendation for one?
