A few bits that might help someone identify the bike:

There appears to be a rivet in the head tube. Can you get a shot showing the front and all the rivets? Their location and spacing can often help.

Seatpost diameter. This might aid in a tubing manufacture.

The wrap around stays and that fork crown should help a bit, but I'm not certain what to link them to.
