I'm lucky-- when I suggested that my wife buy a pair of earrings as a souvenir on a bike trip, she said,"can I get a new jersey instead." That's why I like her! I have more bikes than her, but she is the one with the higher end bikes. When I built up her touring bike, she was in on the selection of every part. She also knows the difference between Tiagra and Ultagra, and what an 11-34 means. The custom built frame and fork was her retirement present from me.
