Phil Wood freewheel hubs are great .. if you are really happy with the bike .. otherwise,
Get a wheel built up around those hubs, they will last a lifetime.
alternatively you may consider an internally geared hub, wheel rebuild , custom,
and ditch the derailleurs entirely.
