It seems you have read the same Sheldon as I have about using a spare crank arm to un-tension the spokes. What sort of lubricant do you use in the eyelets? I’ve read about some using linseed oil, but that seems old school. However, I do see the importance of allowing the spoke to unwind while it finds its proper tension.
