I'd recommend the Ortleib Downtown or Officebag with QL3 fixings. These are sweet. You just lift the bag right off the rack and the hooks are left attached to the rack.

If you are a younger guy and can pull it off take a look at Knog Franks Dog. Very cool looking bag and again the hooks are removable.
