Bikes: Catrike 559 I own some others but they don't get ridden very much.

SPD stands for "Shimano Pedaling Dynamics". It's the Kleenex or Frigidaire of bike pedals.

The good news is that, even without seeing your pedals, I can be 95% certain they are either Shimano or Welgo pedals. New replacement cleats are easily sourced, cost around $15.00, and are close enough that either brand will work with either pedal. You'll want new ones anyway because worn cleats don't release very well.

You'll also, of course, need a pair of SPD compatable shoes.
