Good point. They look Tipo. Tipos started production in 1967(?). I thought they could be what I call "Medium Flange" (or Sportsman) hubs made in the early 60s. The difference is the Tipos have a more conical transition from the flange to the barrel where the Medium Flange is a more square transition.
