V-Brakes Pads - "One Size Fits All" or do I need to purchase a specific model?

I have a 2010 Scott Sub 40 bicycle with what appears to be standard V-brakes. According to the Scott website these are "Tektro SCB-36 A, V-brakes".

I'd like to start changing the brakepads myself to forego the additional trip to the LBS every couple of months, but I'm a bit intimidated by all the different models and specificiations available.

Are replacement V-brake pads pretty much universal (i.e. one size fits all), or do I need to identify a particular model?

Thanks!
