Yes, I think it was just that I've been on a break from biking, since winter is here. Plus, that it was cold out on that day. Been exercising on the exercise bike for about 30 minutes per day. For about at least 3-4 times a week. Trying to rebuild muscles and strength on my legs. Getting it prepare for spring time biking.
