Probably the Forte but the reviews aren't very promising for puncture resistance. The Serfas Seca is supposed to have decent puncture resistance so I wouldn't go for lesser protection if yours were cut up. If you have to get a white tire I'd go for GP4000/GP4000s. I personally like Gatorskins or Gator Hardshells. You should be able to wear wire bead tires like a messenger bag.
BTW, you shouldn't have to run more than 90-100psi in 28c tires. I inflate my tires until there's a small amount of deflection loaded down.
I normally do about 100 in the front and 110 in the rear on my 28s. I'm headed to Performance very soon to look at the tires. Ended up not going on a ride today because it is very cold.
To achieve the same amount of rolling resistance and deflection that my 28's have , what kind of pressures can I expect to need on the 25s? 110 in the front and 120 in the rear?
