Bikes: Old Steelies I made, Old Cannondales

It's really personal preference. If you do switch to Campy, you'll need:
1) A new rear wheel
2) or a Campy freehub for your existing wheel
3) or a conversion cassette such as American Classic or Ambrosio.

It would be best to try a Campy setup first if possible.
