When I first got the Paramount it had Campagnolo Gran Sport side-pull brakes. I replaced them with NR brakes. Dimensionally the brake are the same. The P13-9 had Campagnolo 700C rims with Pasela 25mm tires on it when I got it. If it was originally a special ordered frameset as some may have suggested, It may not matter whether it gets 27” or 700C rims. I already have 3 more sets of rims than I need or have plans for so for now, the Paramount is getting a new set of Mavic Module E 27’s with high flange Campy NR hubs.
