Then explain how so many people have gone to KGS Bikes in San Antonio, hopped on the fully-adjustable trainer, and purchased a custom bike based on the outcome of the positioning session; when the bike was ready, they all swung a leg over the bike and immediately felt the bike was PERFECT.
I haven't done a positioning at KGS yet, but I've told my wife that if our tandem ever gets damaged, we're going to KGS for positioning, then ordering our frame to match the outcome. I know I'm missing out on comfort and power until I do (I can't justify the cost of a new frame).
