First ride in two weeks, because of wet weather, job and kid stuff, etc... I felt fat while climbing most hills, but my rhythm was ok. Hopefully I'm back to riding several times a week, if the weather cooperates.

I still have some minor driveline issues, as I'm getting FD rubbing on the chain when I'm on the middle ring, and the middle cogs -- I feel like I should be able to use the middle ring for almost the entirety of my 8 speed cassette, with some minor interference, perhaps, at the top and bottom. Interestingly, I have almost no interference on the smallest chain ring all the way down to the second or third smallest cog. And I think I have interference in the biggest chainring on the smallest cog, which definitely t'aint natural!
