Yes, I was on the MV Trail this am. I know exactly which tracks you're talking about on Union St, but no, these were the ones on the Northern end of Old Town Alexandria just south of the coal powerplant. When you cross them, you're almost parallel to them. I'll definitely increase my angle from now on!
