Spare tube, patch kit, levers, multitool in under seat wedge. Everything else is in jersey/jacket pockets, except when I need to bring in new work clothes/bring back old work clothes. For those days I bring a backpack.
I also have something similar to a bento box (except lower - it hangs with two small compartments over the top tube, like panniers) which I can use for intermediate carrying needs.
