For under $2000, I'd get the Jamis Quest. Its frame is made of 631 chromoly steel. It's agile and is easily accelerated. It's one of the most comfortable road bikes I've ever ridden. It's just the smoothest!
How does this compare to the other two I mentioned? I like the clean look of the Quest...how much does it weigh? Thanks!
