maybe he should find some vintage shifters to put on his steel bikes this year. It's great he builds bikes for the show but if I wanted to order one of his bikes, I would be waiting until mind control shifting is available.
He makes beautiful bikes that if I ordered today, my great grandchild would get the delivery on.

Colin -Rutnick was simply saying that the chainrings are what actually provide the good shift performance. The FD not rubbing isn't good shift performance - it's good annoyance avoidance. A "feature" but not really a shifting based one.
