I only use the FSA rings because SRAM didn't offer 36/46 combo for cross. 38/46 yes but not 36/46. It shifts fast. It should. It's only a 10 tooth difference. I have no idea how FSA 50/34 setup shifts because they are still in the package.
I do know about the only thing of the new red I'll be getting is the front crank.
