More important question: how tall are you? If you're much over 5' 6" the Schwinn is likely too small for you.

+1 The Schwinn seems like a good deal based on all the new parts. Compared to the Fuji it is at least a few pounds heavier but again, $400 cheaper. Seems like an obvious choice to me.
