There you go! It's a personal matter. I've found higher handlebars and longer top tubes more comfortable as I've ag..,ag..,ah, matured. But people are different. If your bike has a1 1/8 steerer tube, don't get in a hurry and cut it. Try a lot of positions and miles before you decide on the fit.
