a 3rd party seems more likely ..

Brompton's pedal presses the bearing in to the piece that carries the pins ,
It's fine, doubt you ever need a replacement.
If you do the bearing can be pressed back out by a Machine shop..
or there is a sub assembly including the bearing

If you want 2 to fold there is a RH threaded plug to fit the same pedal
on the other side.

not sure, there is a Ti version for the right side , there is in Steel.

weight issues ?, get a pedal wrench and just replace the folding ones
with something else.
