And here is the finished bike. Let's call this one "Blame it on Bonktown" as that is where the wheels and shifters came from. I'm thinking of picking up a white Specialized Romin and some white bar tape as the look of the stock bike was nice...just worried about keeping the white clean.
Bars are Reynolds Ouzo Pro Anatomic, saddle is a Specialized Romin, wheels are Reynolds DV3K. The gruppo is a mix of Red and Apex at this point. I will be getting the new Red derailleurs when they become available to round out the Red gruppo. The Apex bits will due for a few months.
There is a little saddle to bar drop though it doesn't look like it from the angle of the photo. I went with one of the upright endurance geometry bikes because a) I don't race b) I'm getting older c) back surgery in Sept of 2010 makes a lot of drop painful. The fit is close but I will be heading to the LBS for a full fitting in the next week or so.
