I overslept and barely made it to Session 18 in the nick of time this morning. With seven of us in the house we did five intervals of 5-minutes each and heated up the room pretty good. It was an unremarkable day on my part with no new power records... just a fairly hard training session. Some days are going to be like that I guess.



It was Megan's birthday and we celebrated with espressos and fresh bagels from Panera Bread.
