LBS is going to contact the dealer - sounds like they expect they'll want to exchange the frame. They told me that it's safe to ride in the meantime - assuming of course, I make sure the dropouts are sitting properly before I close the skewer (duh, now..). Hopefully the cannondale guys will see it the same way the shop guys do, and I'll have my parts moved over to a replacement frame before the first race of the season.
