Oh man, I'd love to seen this bike build up with modern parts, but its not designed for recessed brakes. Is it okay to drill out a brake bridge to fit recessed brakes? I ask partially because I'd like to see it here on this TI frame, and partially because the previous owner of one of my bikes did it. Its been years and years of hard riding with no problems, but I always wonder about it in the back of my mind.
