Tips for cable routing to ensure maximum stiffness

I have a pair of sytace stratos bars and a bar end TT style brake lever and I wanted to make sure I was running everything right to make sure my brakes will work the best.

I run the cable in the hole at the end of the bar, comes out the one right at the bend, and then it stays under the bartape until right by the stem right? Then I just need to make sure I have enough slack in the housing to allow the bars to move freely?

This is all going on my soma rush... Thanks for the tips, apoligize if this is confusing
