I'm sorry if I'm misunderstanding you but on the first post it sounded as if you preferred IGH but now it sounds as if you would prefer deraillieur? The problem with IGH on tour (mainly) is that if they break then they are hard to fix. But depending on where you are planning to go that might not be a big deal (if there is a city quite close I guess you can get it fixed there). The problem with IGH + derailleur is the fact that you will get the worst of two worlds (I still bought a Brompton 6 speed though).
My best tip is not the P24H or any other bike but rather one on how to choose. Never mind trying to get the most bang for the buck. Choose the one that suits your needs. What you don't have, you won't miss. My guess is that all of the bikes above have good enough components not to worry about that.
