Never had a problem with their warranty. They have been exellent the few times I've had to take them up on it.
Also, unless your shop has a TCR2 already in stock in your size, you won't be able to get one. Giant is out of them and is now shipping the TCR limited, which is the identical but for a wheel swap and is $100 cheaper.
