They were too good to pass up! I can't use them yet but I just love the 8 speed style hoods and had to have a pair of my own.
jsut remember they need teamed with an 8spd or early 9spd rear derailleur. i vote that you put them on that ibis. it is already a great looking bike. campy would make it over the top.

you can also use the 9spd shifters you have, a late campy RD, and a shimano 8spd cassette. shifting wont be perfect, but it should work well.
