hey there, welcome to BF. i wouldn't bother fixing the fork (unless it's made out of something nice/oddly colored), and instead would just go and get a replacement fork with a similar rake. you should also check the frame itself for alignment issues - if the front is crashed, there might be damage elsewhere which would render the bicycle unusable. maybe you could post some pictures?
